One audit screen exists in all 1,861 pages we catalogued: a six-field OSOS Audit dialog launched from the footer of a Custom tab — Create Admin, Create Office, Creation Time, Modify Admin, Modify Office, Modify Time. In that screenshot every field is empty, so we can evidence the shape and nothing about the contents.

The guides promise it shows “any changes made to the record”, which implies a log. Six fixed fields in two panels implies a single most-recent stamp. An empty dialog cannot distinguish the two, and no guide fills one in — so we have left the question open rather than pick the flattering reading.
